We want you to love your new jewellery, but if you change your mind we gladly accept returns on any item subject to the following conditions:

• Jewellery must be returned with 30 days of purchase
• Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused and unwashed in original packaging)
• Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
• All sale items and giftcards are final and are exempt from being returned.

Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we are unable to cover accidental loss, damage, or changes in appearance due to normal wear or handling.

If your piece unexpectedly breaks, we offer complimentary repairs for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, with a small fee for repairs needed beyond that period. This warranty applies exclusively to full-priced items purchased directly from our website and does not extend to items bought from marketplaces (such as Etsy or Amazon) or stockists.
